Founded in 2001 in Sheffield, the company has grown in strength and established further offices in Leeds, Walsall, Milton Keynes, Newcastle and London.
Primarily established in the Technical and Construction market places, the group also established divisions in the Industrial, Commercial and specialist Search markets and continue to remain ahead of our competitors by continually assessing the diversity of our business and investing in establishing a wider spectrum of product offerings that provide parallel benefits to clients and candidates alike.

In today's global marketplace, Linear Recruitment is utilising ISO 9001:2008 as an international standard to provide a uniform quality management system, and for the design, development, production, and servicing of our management system to better meet our customer's needs. We need to be confident that our customers requirements and expectations are fully understood, and we have demonstrated the capability to satisfy them.
Everything we do is shaped by a set of working principles designed to generate a beneficial three-way partnership between our candidates, our clients and us. We are successfully working through our ISO standing with the nations leading construction companies, civil engineering contractors, house builders and Shop fitters providing staffing on both permanent and freelance basis. We also have extensively developed our Industrial and Commercial recruitment service to effectively benefit all our clients and candidates needs.
Health and Safety
We are SAFEContractors and CHAS accredited which are health and safety assessment schemes that show our dedication to the health and safety of both our candidates and our clients.
With health and safety being a major priority within Linear, our whole workforce is 100% CSCS compliant as part of the requirement installed by The Major Contractors Group.
All our workers are given any relevant health and safety training necessitated by the client. This includes Health and Safety inductions, CPCS/CSCS tests, First Aid Training, Tool Box Talks, CITB Training, Asbestos Training, Plant and Machine Training and any other relevant health and safety courses required by the client.
