A job has arisen for an Experienced Project Architect with job running experience, to join a highly successful client working on attractive residential and commercial developments in the Yorkshire area.

This highly demanding and challenging position will require you to play a leading role in the concept design and management of ongoing and forthcoming projects, with the potential of taking these schemes on to site. You will also play an active and definitive role when communicating the project developments to clients and contractors.

Therefore, excellent communication skills, problem solving and previous experience in project management is essential. Ideally, you will be degree qualified however, this qualification is not essential should you demonstrate the necessary working experience and qualities.
