Position Description:
Would the challenge of getting one of the most complex and high profile retail jobs built at a speed that would put most people off appeal to you? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Architect to take on a leading role on the highest profile retail redevelopment scheme within in the North.

This exciting and demanding role will require you to play a very active role on site, your key skills will lie in the management of the onsite team to ensure that they are onboard and up to the task of working to the programme that you will set. You will have to demonstrate competent problem solving skills and thus previous experience within retail developments is desirable but not essential. Ideally, the candidate will be R.I.B.A. qualified; however, this is not essential should you demonstrate the relevant working experience.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role on a flagship redevelopment scheme within the Yorkshire region.
