Position Description:
Following the successful promotion of an internal candidate an excellent opportunity for a Project Running Architect has arisen.

Our award winning client has an excellent reputation as a market leading practice in the UK. You will be required to play a leading role in the design and detailing of mixed used developments valuing between £1 million and £4 million. You will also have an active role in team meetings and the organisation of the workload within the practice along with client negotiation and site visits.

It is essential that you can demonstrate the ability to design, detail and co-ordinate projects independently. Previous experience in the industrial and commercial sectors and a Chartered status is also highly desirable. An exceptional long term career opportunity awaits the successful candidate.
