Position Description:
Our client is an award winning reputable Architectural practice with a reputation for securing the best people to run interesting & challenging projects. Due to the councils planning department being extremely kind they now require a Senior Architect to help manage this busy long term boom in work. The successful candidate will have a creative edge developed over years at the sharp end of Architecture. Flexibility and acute attention to detail are vital, as well as the ability to work successfully using own initiative and as a team. In return, this post offers the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects including Public / Affordable-Housing sectors, hence experience in this sector will be advantageous in order to flourish in this role - additional project sectors include Commercial, Retail, Residential/Nursing Homes, Leisure and Industrial.
