Position Description:
Do you feel that it is time for a new challenge? Can you offer a high degree of autonomy and an enthusiastic, flexible approach? A reputable Architectural Practice in modern waterfront office requires a Senior Architectural Technician to bring a new perspective into an already strong & dynamic team. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to detail and complete working drawings to a high degree of accuracy, hence good construction/technical knowledge is vital in order be successful in this role. Adaptability and acute attention to detail are imperative, together with a personal, co-operative disposition. In return this post offers a variety of diverse projects, ranging from residential schemes, special needs and healthcare through to new build, refurb and conversions for Home Office led projects. The successful candidate will receive an attractive remuneration and package. |
