Position Description:
Are you sick of the commute to the city? Are you eager to find an alternative? A Yorkshire based company with rural offices in the foothills of the Dales are offering an opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join their practice to assist in their workload in the sectors of education, leisure, industrial, residential and healthcare projects for both the public and private sectors. The projects will range from £1m to £10m so experience of project management or job running will be advantageous. AutoCAD proficiency is essential coupled with sound technical knowledge and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team. The role requires an industrious person who will be responsible for working on large scale projects efficiently and is able to produce drawings to a high degree of accuracy. This position offers prospects of career development and advancement and will enable a conscientious to assume appropriate levels of responsibility for design and delivery.
