Position Description:
This is your chance to join one of the Region's leading Social Housing contractors who are working with local authorities and housing association on new build and refurbishment of social housing. The client are looking to recruit a Project Manager who has some refurbishment project experience. |
Client:
The company has been operating for 50 years and for the last twenty years, have concentrated more and more in the field of Social Housing Refurbishment. They have now worked in over 45,000 homes, many of them occupied, the work being worth £400 million. The company has a turnover of over £57m, of which 75% was related to Social Housing. |
