Position Description:
Opportunity for CAD Technician with experience in developing engineering drawings for road and rail bridges, including structural steelwork and reinforced concrete detailing and scheduling.
Preparation of detailed working drawings as required by project manager. Utilise CAD systems. Programme individual work input to achieve project programme. Liaise with project team to ensure continuity of workload. Maintain good understanding of all relevant standards, Codes of Practice, H&S legislation and current design methods.
Ensuring highest standard of accuracy in own work and that of CAD team Assist in developing a CAD team in the region Assisting in work as required on assigned projects, and producing relevant CAD drawings
