Position Description: Our clients are looking for a Work Based Learning Assessor to assess activities in the work place & accredit as evidence to NVQ portfolios. Ideally you will have previous experience. -Meet with candidates on a regular basis in their place of work. -Undertake observations of the candidates to prove competence of some of the unit and element criteria. -To assist other members of staff in ensuring the smooth running of the Work Based Learning program and Modern apprenticeship schemes. -To produce reports and statistics and keep records as required. -To assist with workshop sessions as required. -Support learners with key skills in line with qualification framework. -Supporting new assessors. Assist with audits and inspections and ensuring paperwork meets awarding body requirements.
