Position Description:
An opportunity has arisen with a client of ours who are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to cover 12 months Maternity leave on a fixed term contract. Successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Sage. Have an excellent telephone manner, be thick skinned, hard working and committed. Also a full driving.
Duties are to include:
Raising invoices for construction projects and daily hire and supply
Maintaining Sales Ledger
Dealing with customers over the telephone and face to face chasing debts
Liasing with Quantity Surveyors, Contracts Managers and Directors, reporting to the Accounts Manager at all times.
The hours of work will be Mon – Fri 9.30am to 2.30pm with 30 mins to be taken for lunch.
