Position Description: Our client, one of the North of England’s leading House Builders, require an experienced Site Manager to run a development of 75 properties of which 40 are remaining to be built. The client requires a driven Site Manager with experience of Timber Frame House Building to takeover the running of the site; the company have a number of sites to start once completed. Applicants should have a proven track record in Site Management with a ‘top ten’ house builder and all the relevant Health & Safety qualifications. In return, the company offers an attractive salary package including Car/Car Allowance, Benefits and Bonus.
