Position Description: Our client is an award-winning organisation who provide social housing solutions and repairs and maintenance services for the region. A new role has been created for a Commercial Manager, reporting to the Operations Director, who has come from a Quantity Surveying or Estimating background. Experience of Social Housing/Local Authority contracts would be a great advantage. An excellent salary package is on offer for the successful candidate.
