Position Description:
By bringing in a person at this senior level the intention is to give the company the opportunity to develop further. Your skills and expertise will be deployed in a manner to allow the MD the time to concentrate on developing further business and securing work that will allow the practice to undergo a period of growth.
Ideally you will be a fully qualified Architect with upwards of 5 years experience within private practice and have a portfolio of work that can demonstrate the expertise you have developed during this time. Experience of running a small team would be useful as your management skills will be developed, honed and eventually relied upon – you will become the figurehead of the team responsible for team development, team initiatives, hiring, firing and maybe conspiring!!!

A hidden Gem of a practice based just outside Leeds City Centre in its own purpose built offices (just think – free parking, no traffic, surrounded by fields & waterways rather than cars & ugly commercial buildings) is looking for an individual to join their senior management team as an Associate or Senior Architect.
With an Architectural team of 16 already in place they have developed a portfolio of work that includes commercial city centre work on behalf of developers, residential work, industrial work and bespoke 1 off developments such as a recently completed conversion of an old Yorkshire Water pump house into a private residence.
