Position Description: Good all round senior building Surveyor based in Leeds. Duties will include Condition Surveying, Schedules of dilapidation, Party wall, and some contract admin. My client would ideally you like you to be RICS chartered and have experience in more than one sector. The long-term prospects are excellent as you will be working within a vibrant and progressive environment designed to provide you with the tools to develop. This is a live job and the closing date for submissions is the 31st February 2008
