Position Description:
Working for the general works department of this leading national construction group you will be working on schemes ranging in value £30K-£2M. The projects range from Industrial Units to Factory extensions to small scale general civil engineering works. This department also works on partnering schemes with the development arm of the group and will provide infrastructure works and general civil engineering support.

Reporting directly into the Divisional/Contracts Manager candidates should ideally be from a relevant trades background and be able to demonstrate experience of working on similar schemes.

Day to day duties will include assisting in the daily organisation and supervision or section (on larger schemes) always ensuring that the work is carried out economically and in accordance with the specification and programme.
