The candidate should be a Chartered Engineer and should have the drive necessary to create opportunity and to continue to raise the profile of the existing business. There is a comprehensive portfolio of work to support the office in Leeds so the ability to build a strong delivery team is essential.

Experience:

- Design professional with a reputation for high quality project work.

- Ability to assign and supervise the delivery of projects from concept to completion.

- Raise the profile and reputation of the business in Leeds.
- Boost existing relationships within the Yorkshire region.
- Build and increase fee income to the business.
- Full P&L responsibility and the agreed setting of financial targets.
- Responsible for the management, support and growth of the Leeds Office.
- Responsible for recruitment and retention of staff.
- Working in project and operational aspects of the business.
