Linear Recruitment has strong ties with the UK’s leading Housing Builders, and are currently working alongside some of the biggest names in the North of England.

Our is looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to their established team, reporting into a commercial manager you will be working predominately on residential schemes, typically housing and apartments and you will have complete commercial and surveying responsibility of these developments so good all round Quantity Surveying skills will be required.

Candidates should have relevant qualifications and over five years experience in a full Qs role.
