Position Description:
This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking construction business who are keen to grow further through extensive marketing and increasing the exposure of the company across the UK.



Our client is looking to secure the services of an experienced Design Co-Ordinator/Manager who is capable of forming long term working relationships with the clients/architects and consulting engineers.



In terms of background they are flexible and would consider candidates from architectural backgrounds or even experienced Site/Project Managers who have worked on large scale design and build departments.



Looking forward this dynamic regional business has a full orderbook of business and for the right candidate progression into senior management is a realistic target within the next couple of years.
