Position Description:
Reporting directly to the Construction Director, ideal candidates for this position will have a proven track record of managing a team of Quantity Surveyors and experience of traditional and design and build contracts in the industrial, commercial, education and leisure sectors. You will have overall responsibility for the region’s post contract commercial control and should be suitably experienced and qualified to work on your own initiative, meet deadlines within the Management team and have excellent communication skills. . |
