Position Description: Our client, one of the North of England’s leading Housing Contractors, require an experienced Site Manager to run a development of 50 properties for a local authority client. The client requires a driven Site Manager with experience of running New Build Housing contracts on time and to budget. Applicants should have a proven track record in Site Management and all the relevant Health & Safety qualifications.
