Position Description:
Leeds’ hottest Architectural practice have an immediate vacancy for a CAD Technician with an in depth knowledge of AutoCAD.

Our client has been established for just over 15 months and work from stylish new offices based in the heart of Leeds City centre. At the moment they are a practice of 6 however due to the current work load and contacts in the industry they are looking to expand.

The opportunity also gives you a chance to fit into a small firm at an early stage of growth. Over the next few years you will be the first in line to run your own small team as well as running projects and liaising with clients. Not only will your role in the firm develop over time but so will the rewards!

You will be working on the masterplanning side of the firm, drawing up residential masterplans, street elevations and individual houses. You must have the technical ability to be able to get straight on with the work however you will not be expected to know specific residential masterplanning building regulations.

The contract will run indefinitely and you are likely to be rewarded with a permanent position if you are successful initially.
