Position Description:
This Leeds based out of town practice find themselves in the enviable position of having too many architects! They are looking for an experienced individual with a solid technical understanding of the construction process to join the team and add a “technical Backbone” into the practice.
With a current team of 18 that includes 7 Architects this company are looking to redress that balance and give somebody who can take ownership of projects and teams the opportunity to develop a career in a company that rewards loyalty and results! Ideally in time they would be looking to develop this individual’s career to Associate level.
With a workload that incorporates but is not limited to residential work in all of its guises (Student Housing, Retirement Accommodation, Social Housing, High Rise City Ctr Res), Healthcare, Hospitals, Restoration Work + Industrial projects in the region of £1M-£15M in value.
