Position Description:
Our client is a well regarded Regional House Builder, with a history of developing high quality sites. Due to heavy workload, the Technical department is looking to appoint a candidate with residential experience to join their team in the position of Technical Co-ordinator.
Suitable candidates will have professional experience within Architecture with either a house builder or in private practice working heavily on residential schemes. The role will involve managing the technical process of post planning architectural information by coordinating, checking and issuing drawings from external consultants. Knowledge of highways, drainage and service agreements are also beneficial for the post.
