Position Description: A specialist architectural practise currently require an architectural technician. Located in their stunning modern offices with beautiful surrounding, the design team have one seat left for an enthusiastic technician who is willing to jump in at deep end. You will have be fluent in AutoCAD and be able to slot into a lively team working on the latest new build residential projects as well as masterplanning. You’ll be heavily involved in construction detailing initially however the practise also sees projects all the way through from planning. You will have a few years construction knowledge behind you and will qualify for a company allowance of £4k or a company car. You will also be entitled to a bonus scheme based on profit performance. The practise will also push you through any professional qualification you are wishing to peruse. You will start on a 13 week contract period and then if successful will be taken on permanent staff.
