Position Description: SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER To £50k plus car allowance, contributory pension, healthcare, life assurance and flexible benefits scheme We are seeking to appoint a Senior Project Manager with a background in education The successful candidate will manage a small team dealing with survey set up, project management, from design through to compleation Applicants for this important hands on and client facing position will ideally need to demonstrate:  BSc in Building Surveying  Good IT skills and familiarity with databases.  Financial and commercial astuteness.  Strong personal presence and well developed leadership skills  Good written articulation skills, intellect and analytical background.  First class communication skills
