Position Description:
A lively practise based in Leeds City Centre are currently require a Senior Architectural Technician. The practise are looking towards a figure head to produce all aspects of their working drawings for two of their £10 million projects.

You will be able to drop into a hardworking and friendly team. You will be producing the working drawings package for a £10 million theatre project. After the completion of the project you will be involved in running projects with a small team below you. It will not only give you the opportunity to get your teeth into a large project initially but also allow you to gain experience running smaller projects.

The practice has a lively atmosphere and are involved in a range of work including residential, education and other commercial/leisure projects. The practice is ideally located in the City Centre, and is easily accessible from Leeds train station as well as by car.

This is a long term contract
