Position Description:
A highly established Facilities management practise currently require an Architectural Technician to work within their busy and expanding office. You will be working in their well established team within the education sector.

This practise is based on simple values and you are expected to work hard, catering for both the private and public sector education sector. This fresh challenge will see you heavily involved with clients representing the company and dealing with both head teachers and government bodies as well as progressing your career as a technician. You will be working alongside the best architect in the business.

Project range from £100k to £500k which also include an environmental design portfolio. You will be involved with design specification, tender process, contract administration and on site management and all other aspects of scheme from inception to completion. You will already have a solid few years in the construction industry however you will need to learn fast.
Client:
Based just outside Leeds City Centre the contract is expected to last 3 months as a trail period.
