Description ROLE This role will see the successful candidate managing, organizing and motivating the sales team to achieve specific annual sales targets, from sales to both new and existing customers. This role involves managing a sales team of approx 4-5. The roles requires someone with industry experience preferably someone with experience as a Sales Director. EXPERIENCE • Experience in Contract Cleaning sector • Experience of managing a team • Experience of working within a large organisation • Demonstrable experience and track record of achieving challenging sales targets and objectives • Ability to sell multi million pound contracts • Good negotiation and presentation skills
