Position Description:
A major independent practice in Leeds have an immediate vacancy for a Senior Architectural Technician who is seeking fresh challenge and a change of scene.

You will be working for a relatively new practice who are in the process of building for the future. Our client has been extremely successful over the past two years and are expanding have almost doubled their client base in this time.

From day to day you will be running projects, producing high quality drawings, guiding juniors as well as visiting sites and meeting clients. Your role will see you working alongside the current technical leader and progressing to lead your team.

You will have a solid construction background behind having preciously worked on an individual sector or a range of sectors. It would be preferred if you had a healthcare background although is not essential.

Our client is currently working on many multi million pound projects, in the region of £10 million. Their office is based in a fantastic location outside Leeds city centre with parking just outside. The open plan layout and office environment perfectly reflect the surrounding area and its architecture.
