Position Description:
Due to expansion Linear Recruitment are looking for an administrator to assist the senior administrator and support this busy city centre team.
You must have excellent communication skills, written and oral, be a good sport and a team player.
You will be assisting a team of 14 Recruitment Consultants and your duties will include:
Dealing and logging office attendance and punctuality, formatting of candidates CV's, weekly and monthly stationary orders, Test booking (CSCS), Answering incoming calls, passing messages to the right person and dealing with queries, dealing with incoming and outgoing post, and distributing to the right person, Inputting all the information from candidate application forms on to the company database, typing and sending out of client and candidate starter letters, reference checking, preparation of performance logs for consultants, preparation for training manuals, dealing with all payroll and time sheet queries, filing and photocopying, making refreshments for visitors and payroll.
