Position Description:
Linear Recruitment has strong ties with the UK’s leading Construction Firms, and we are currently working alongside some of the biggest names in the North of England.
Our client is looking to appoint a new Contracts Manager to their existing management team and ideally is looking to appoint someone with a background in Quantity Surveying.
The role will involve full management of a number of New Build contracts ranging in value from £0.5m to £2m with full responsibility for bringing to projects in on time and in budget, and for the management of supervisory staff.
Candidates should have relevant qualifications and over five years experience in a similar role.
