Position Description:
As an assistant engineer you will be responsible for developing and producing designs, and be able to follow the scheme through the planning application process, Section 278/38 detailed design, tendering and site supervision
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years post qualification experience in highway design. A working knowledge of AutoCAD, WinDes and MX Roads is essential. You will be working as part of a small team and duties will involve attending meetings and visiting sites around the UK and so car ownership is required. You should be able to demonstrate the ability to work on a number of schemes at any one time and be able to manage your time in an efficient manner.
