Position Description:
An Architect with ambition and a proven flair for innovative but practical design is sought to join the pre-development team of this major practice working on health and mixed use schemes located across the country. Your role will be client facing, working closely with them to produce concept designs on a diverse range of schemes including BSF Education, town centre residential, healthcare and leisure/retail schemes. Your role will be to get these schemes through to site and built!
You will ideally be a Chartered Architect (RIBA) or a Part II with post qualification experience. Your aforementioned design flair will win the practice business. You will have strong visual and verbal communication skills, be AutoCAD proficient and will also have excellent freehand drawing skills together with a proven ability to produce 3D design sketches by hand and using CAD. The practice uses AutoCAD, Revit and Photoshop software. |
