Position Description: An established practice founded in 1983 has offices in both the North West and West Yorkshire are actively seeking an Architect to lead major projects. The practice provides customer service that is second to none for their clients throughout the North of England, Yorkshire and the Midlands. Ideally you will be RIBA Part III qualified – potentially ARB registered and have previous UK experience in a private practice. You will also have job running ability and a good working knowledge of UK building regulations. Our client works on projects across the board with an estimated value from £1M up to £20M however previous experience or a keen interest in residential and master planning projects would be an advantage. Ideally you will be AutoCAD proficient although training can be provided. The position offers a salary of £40-50K pa (negotiable dependant upon current salary) with excellent benefits such as a pension scheme, health care and 29 days holiday + Bank holidays.
