Due to ongoing growth our client is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Senior Architect to join their offices in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
Ideally you will be RIBA Part III qualified – potentially ARB registered and have previous UK experience in a private practice. You will also have job running ability and a good working knowledge of UK building regulations.
Our client works on projects across the board with an estimated value from £1M up to £20M however previous experience or a keen interest in residential and master planning projects would be an advantage. Ideally you will be AutoCAD proficient although training can be provided.
The position offers a salary of £40-50K pa (negotiable dependant upon current salary) with excellent benefits such as a pension scheme, health care and 29 days holiday + Bank holidays.
