Position Description:
As a Senior Structural Technician, you will have gained invaluable experience in the industry with primarily private practices; however, further experience within Local Authority will also be beneficial.
You will be proficient in both 2D and 3D CAD packages, primarily AutoCAD and REVIT using various materials such as Steel, RC, Glass and possibly plastic.
You will have previous management experience from mentoring younger technicians and also leading the way in terms of best practice and company standards for the CAD Department/Team.
This role will require strong management skills to develop and lead a CAD Team within the Structural department of 5 Technicians.
You will also be required to manage both projects and work flow to schedules therefore strong time management skills are essential.
