Position Description:
A rapidly growing privately owned practice currently require a Part 2 Architect. With 5 offices across the major northern city’s, this multidisciplinary practise have built themselves on repeat business.

You will be based in the Leeds office just outside the city centre in a high class leafy suburb surrounded by some of the best bar and restaurants in Leeds. Your role will see you dealing with clients face to face putting together design briefs.

From this you will carry the project all the way to planning producing sketches and detailed drawing to the clients brief. You will be expected to be able to run the project, putting it through planning and dealing any problems or issues their client has.

Projects will include, housing and office new builds and refurbishment as well as education projects. You are likely to be working on the range and you could have up to four projects on the go at anyone time.

The practice will also put you through you Part 3 qualification to become a RIBA Charted Architect. The contract will start immediately and is expected to last three months. You are likely to be rewarded with a full time post.
