Position Description: Our client, one of the Nation’s leading Contractors, require an experienced Site Manager/Project Manager to run a complicated site in Lincoln. Working on the refurbishment of private homes, my client requires a Site/Project Manager with experience of refurbishment contracts and also experience of groundworks and drainage as the properties have issues in this area. Experience of working on such issues is essential. In return, the company offers an attractive salary package including Car/Car Allowance, Benefits and Bonus.
