Position Description:
A practise with Leeds’ most exciting projects are currently require a Senior Architectural Technician. The practise are looking towards an experienced technician to produce all aspects of their working drawings for two of their £10 million projects. You will also be involved in researching new building materials and site visits.

You will be able to drop into a hardworking and friendly team. You will be producing the working drawings package for a £10 million theatre refurbishment project. You will be able to help other lesser experienced members of the team as well as dealing with clients.

The practice has a lively atmosphere and are involved in a range of work including residential, education and other commercial/leisure projects. The practice is ideally located in the City Centre, and is accessible from Leeds train station as well as by car.

The contract is expected to run until late October when all the construction drawings are produced. There may be the possibility of further project work after that.
