Position Description: My client urgently requires an experienced and well qualified Senior Quantity Surveyor for an 18 month scheme in the centre of Manchester. Site based, you will be responsible to the Surveying Director for all surveying duties on a large £53m new build hotel and office scheme. Ideally you should have experience of larger new build schemes and have major contractor experience. You should possess the necessary competencies to carry the scheme through to final account. The position is available to commence immediately.
