Position Description: My client is an award winning and nationally recognised major building contractor with their head office in Derbyshire. They are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work 50% from their head office in Derbyshire and 50% of the time from site in Northampton. You will be responsible to the Commercial Director on this £4m new build/refurbishment scheme. There is also the potential of further work on a larger new build scheme in Yorkshire once this scheme has completed so the potential for long term work is assured. Ideally you will have major contractor experience and be well suited and qualified for such a position of seniority.
