My clients are looking for a Business Development Officer to identify employment opportunities for apprenticeship vacancies, creating employment learners via Apprenticeship route.
The role will involve;
• Cold calling and Face to face negotiating.
• Maintaining employer relations.
• Interviewing experience.
• Working under pressure.
• Communicating at all levels and in varying situations

The successful candidate will be;
• Extremely organised
• Self-motivated, trustworthy and determined with a desire to succeed.
• Target focused and results driven.

You will ideally have experience working with 16 – 18 year olds, and be focused on the development of young people, whilst being able to relate to people from various social stratas
