Position Description:
Our client has an exciting opportunity in for an experienced Administrator to join their team. You will need to be fully conversant with all of the MS Office packages, have an excellent telephone manner and be committed an organised. A full UK Driving Licence is essential.
Role Purpose
•Provision of administrative support to the Project Management Team
•Provision of administrative support to all elements of the business as required
•To maintain and update training records for all site personnel
Key Responsibilities
•Preparation of Health & Safety and Project files – pre and post contract
•Prepare and complete Pre contract Health and Safety Questionnaires
•Arrange accommodation for site operatives
•Update and maintain project costing sheets
•Carry out and control the hire and off-hire of tools, equipment and skips
•Collect and check site operative time sheets
•Develop and maintain sub-contractor database
•Place orders with suppliers and expedite to ensure on-time delivery
•Check and sign-off supplier invoices
•Provide secretarial support to Project Managers
•Liaise with clients relating to site access
•Liase with Health & Safety Executive officers, FIO, Building Regulations and
Planning departments
•Preparation of Project Programme Schedules

•Project Managers
Key Performance Measures
•Materials arriving on time and in-line with programme requirements
•Health & Safety files completed and delivered within agreed timescales
•Ensuring orders are within budget
•Up-to-date Contractor database with references
•Up to date accurate project costing information
