Position Description:
My client is one of the UK’s leading mechanical contractors specialising in the design, supply, installation and commissioning of building maintenance services. Established over 80 years ago and employing over 250 staff this privately owned company enjoyed a turnover in excess of £23m last year.
They have been involved with projects spanning over all the major industry sectors including commercial, health, industrial, retail and leisure.
You will be responsible for liaising with clients, producing mechanical specifications and visiting green field sites. Costing, budgeting, assisting in recruitment of potential mechanical applicants and supervision of other mechanical staff will also be part of the role.
Requirements:
-Communication & business development skills
-Able to demonstrate the design to tender process
-Relevant degree
-Circa 4 years industry experience
-HVAC experience
-M&E Building experience
-Experience with water would be an advantage
