Position Description:
Role:
My client is seeking self-motivated, strong team player and ambitious, experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to assist with the diligent monitoring of projects on site. The successful candidate will be a fully integrated member of a multidisciplinary team of architects, designers, engineers and cost consultants, working on a variety of challenging and high profile projects (HVAC systems). You should have experience providing technical supervision during the site installation and commissioning phases of projects.
Requirements:
•HND/HNC or Degree in mechanical Engineering or similar.
•The applicant will have relevant experience of quality control on construction site, within either a consultancy or contracting organisation.
•Ability to take charge of all aspects of Mechanical Engineering Design.
•Recognised training of software packages i.e. AutoCAD/ Hevacomp Design, together with familiarity with the Microsoft suite of products

They operate in most public and private sectors, offering five core business streams - Design, Construction, Property Development, Facilities Management and PFI Projects. They are currently looking to recruit a Mechanical Contracts Engineer to work out of their office based in Yorkshire. |
