Position Description:
As one of the North of England’s leading Social Housing contractors, our client requires an experienced Site Manager to commence on projects in the West Yorkshire area.
Ideally from a trades background, the successful candidate will have previous experience of working on the refurbishment of local authority domestic properties in a managerial role, and have a stable career employment history that shows commitment and endeavour.
The role will need someone who can run a wide range of refurbishment schemes both internal and external; run both sub-contractors and direct labour, and be comfortable in working in tenanted properties.
