Our client works on PFI Contracts with in the Facilities Management, Estates Management, Social Housing Refurbishment, Gas and
M&E Maintenance and M&E Installation sectors.
They now seek a proactive and ambitious individual who is reliable, supportive and determined. A self-driven, results oriented manager with a positive outlook, a clear focus on high quality and business profit, a natural forward planner who critically assesses and takes accountability for own performance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
 Increasing the company’s sales revenue whilst maintaining the required margins;
 Ensuring all potential opportunities were maximised in order to reach financial and activity targets;
 Seeking to develop new revenue streams into the company;
 Achieving targets for new business within the public and private sectors;
 Identification of potential sales opportunities;
 Achieving growth targets by carrying out account management directly with existing customers
 supporting the operational teams;
The candidate will have the following background:
 Ideally from a broad PFI/FM background covering hard services – either a proven PFI/FM senior operator or senior sales professional;
 Proven ability to manage a lengthy tender process inherent with PFI;
 Proven ability to manage virtual multi-functional teams in support of competitive proposal submission;
 Proven ability to represent the company at the most senior levels in client organisations and varying stakeholder levels, i.e. negotiation, presentation, public consultation;
