Position Description:
Working from our clients offices in Sheffield, you will be trained to make outbound calls to recover overdue accounts working in a friendly professional environment. The calls will be made to customers to negotiate payment of overdue accounts on behalf of Banks, building societies, credit card companies. Payment of the overdue accounts in full is always the main objective. Completing over the phone income and expenditure reviews with customers who cannot pay in full to negotiate repayment of the overdue account.
Our client is looking for people with drive, assertion, initiative and self-motivation. A confident telephone manner and the ability to make decisions is a must
