Position Description:
A leading provider of Building Services, M&E and maintenance solutions, are looking for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor to deliver projects in the Leeds area. This is an exciting opportunity, they are looking for someone who is looking to diversify their Quantity Surveying experience and full training will be given. This is a fast track career position as the successful candidate will progress very quickly. The company will accept applications from all EU eligible candidates. The position will be based from the Leeds office of this well known M & E Contractor.
What are they looking for?
The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will be able to demonstrate a track record of Quantity Surveying for a UK contractor.
You will have significant proven experience as a quantity Surveyor within the industry with a contractor in any Quantity Surveying discipline; Consultancy CVs will also be considered.
You will be part of a rapidly expanding team there are positions at all levels and the successful candidate will be key in growing the team, promotion and career advancement will be rapid, for the successful Quantity Surveyor, your hard work will be rewarded.
Candidates must be able to work on their own initiative and demonstrate they have managed similar projects.
Benefits:
The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor should expect circa £20,000 - £30,000 basic, plus excellent benefits package.
