Position Description:
Our client urgently requires a ‘Temporary Quality Analyst’ for a duration of 2 months initially, but potentially longer. The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge of the following:
ISO 9001:2000 quality management systems
Experience of carrying out internal audits
Familiarity/ experience of external audits
Excellent oral and written communications – the ability to engage effectively with service managers and operatives
Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to arrange meetings, set up filing systems etc.
If you have not got a lot of experience with ISO then as long as you are process-driven/ logical and methodical, and able to speak to senior managers then you will be suitable. You will need to work with operational managers to make sure all their processes are in place and are relevant before the audit in July 2008, so it will involve speaking with the operational managers and working through their ISO procedures with them, and noting any changes. You will be fully supported by 2 other senior members of this team.
